Our Projects

New Homes & DADUs

We design new homes throughout the greater Seattle area and further afield: Chelan & east of the Cascades, Bainbridge Island, the Kitsap Peninsula and the San Juan Islands. Our new homes span a range of architectural styles, but have in common our key design principals: connection between inside and outside, floor plans that foster the full range of activities that a home must support – from large open public spaces to small intimate nooks, good natural daylight, and attention to beautiful details as well as our owners’ budgets. As with all our projects, our goal is to design a home that is an expression of our clients’ selves, which is why you see such a range of styles throughout our body of work.
