This was an exciting remodel challenge. The house is a true Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style that had been designed and owned by a former UW architecture professor and student of Wright’s.

The new owner found the kitchen too cramped and dark, as was the whole house. Our intention with the kitchen remodel was to be sensitive to the unique style of the house using natural materials and textures, yet providing an updated and functional intervention.
