Seattle is committed to encouraging backyard cottages and is continually easing regulations around their design and construction. We are knowledgeable in navigating the process of designing ADUs and DADUs. We look for creative ways to live well in small spaces, and design these tiny homes to blend in well within the context of their neighborhoods.
