Little House to Big House
| This is a second story addition to what was a tiny, one bedroom house
in West Seattle. The new upper floor contains a master suite plus another
bedroom, freeing the main floor spaces to become more gracious living and
dining rooms and den. The design intention was to enhance the hint of "craftsman"
that the original house conveyed, yet to be contemporary as well, with
lots of light and openness to a spectacular view of Seattle and Elliot
Bay from the northeast corner of the house. |
